A fun and friendly Pilates class for anyone looking to strengthen their core, relieve back pain, improve posture and increase overall mobility. You will be working hard, but always within your limits. We use various equipment to vary our workouts but you don't need anything to start with, everything is provided. Walk-in charge: £10, £8 per session if booked as a block of 6 or 12 sessions.
