Parking at BCC

Please note that parking spaces are limited at the centre, and BCC does not control the parking, any enquiries or disputes regarding parking should be directed towards Eastleigh Borough Council and not the staff at the centre.

From Summer 2025 it is now a requirement to display a parking ticket for the duration of your stay. The maximum stay is 3 hours with no return within 3 hours of expiry. Tickets are FREE and can be obtained from the machine near the front of the main building. Failure to display a valid ticket may result in a FPN (Fixed Penalty Notice).
